To struggle is to be human. We all need support in navigating life's challenges and that's okay. Whether your concerns relate to change or loss; conflict or connection; your relationship with parts of yourself, the people in your life, or any other facet of the complex world you live in; counselling is a safe place to explore and make changes to the dynamics that shape your experience. Counselling can help you make more conscious choices and experiment with different ways of being that might ease your distress. The work of counselling can address a range of concerns from your present communication of needs and boundaries to the integration of past trauma and relational injuries. Counselling can be helpful with sexual and emotional intimacy; experiences of shame, grief, loss, or change; work stress; low mood or high anxiety, among many other concerns.
